Korzo is accessible for the disabled. There are various facilities such as lifts and an adapted toilet. The halls are accessible at ground level.

Parking
Holders of a disabled parking pass can park in various spots right in front of the door.

Accessibility
The theatre has a lift that allows you to move from the entrance to the theatre without difficulty. We always reserve a seat at the front of the auditorium for people with disabilities. Please call our reception desk in advance so that we can make sure someone is ready to help you. 

The theatre also has a toilet for the disabled. 

Your visit to Korzo

We do not allow entry after the start of the performances. This disturbs the artists as you enter the space via the stage. If possible, you can enter the halls during the intermission or changement. 

It is forbidden to record any sound or video during a performance.

No food or drink is allowed in the theatre halls unless otherwise indicated.

Would you like to visit Korzo as a group? Then you can use our special group discount of €2,50 per ticket (for groups of 10 people or more).

We also have lots of fun performances for the youngest visitors. However, please pay attention to the minimum age of a show: for shows without a minimum age, we kindly ask you to leave the little ones at home and we recommend the programme for young people aged 14 and over. This prevents inconvenience for other visitors. All visitors must be able to show a valid ticket. A reduced rate applies to children under 12 and young people aged between 13 and 29. Seat risers are available for family performances.

No, It is only possible to pay by card at Korzo. 

Ticket sales

We can always send you the e-mail with your ticket again. You can also drop by the ticket desk before the performance and have your ticket printed on the spot. You can always call the service desk on 070 363 7540.

Yes, you can. It is possible to show the QR code on your e-ticket at the door on a smartphone or tablet (we even prefer it!). Please set the brightness of your screen as high as possible.

You can print the e-ticket several times or show it on your smartphone/tablet.

After placing an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you have opted for e-tickets, you will also find a link in the confirmation to download your e-tickets to your smartphone, place them in your wallet or print them.

Did you not receive an e-mail or only the proof of payment half an hour after ordering? Then something must have gone wrong. It is possible that the email was sent, but did not arrive (or ended up in your spam). It is also possible that something went wrong with the order. In both cases it is best to contact our service desk.

During the ordering process a header 'Payment' will appear. There you will see a link to 'Click here to use a Korzo Gift Voucher or Voucher'. If you click here, a field will appear where you can enter the code of your voucher or gift certificate. You do not have to use the full amount of your voucher. You can find the voucher code in the confirmation of your credit and/or gift voucher. 

Purchased (e-)tickets cannot be returned. However, it is possible to exchange tickets for another performance or for a Korzo gift voucher. Call the service desk to discuss the possibilities.

Your Korzo account

It is not necessary to log in to order tickets. The system recognises you on the basis of your e-mail address. Do you have a Korzo (Unlimited) Pass or Pro Pass? Then you must first identify yourself via this link so that the correct price type becomes visible.

You can request a new password from the login screen. You will receive an email with a link after which you can create your new password. Please note! Logging in is for identification purposes only. Korzo does not (yet) offer the possibility to view your account with your ordered tickets and/or gift vouchers.

Korzo Pas & Korzo Unlimited Pas

First log on to the website via Account. During the ordering process, the rate applicable to you will appear in the price list.

The first time you order through Ticketmatic you have to register. You do this with the e-mail address of your Korzo account. Make sure you click 'Register' the first time (so not 'Login').

Please note! Different rules and rates may apply to rentals and third-party festivals.

The benefit of your Korzo (Unlimited) Pass is only applied if you have identified yourself with the same e-mail address with which you originally ordered the pass. Different rates may apply to third-party performances and festivals.

Since 1 July 2021, Korzo has a new cash register system. Although your details and Korzo (Unlimited) Pass have been transferred, you will need to register the first time you order. Register here.
