The Hague is queer! Coinciding with The Hague Pride, three queer makers tell stories of The Hague's LGBTQIA+ community in Pride Perspectives. Both an addition to the rich history of queer activism in The Hague and an opportunity to shout: everyone has the right to live their own life.
Pride Perspectives spotlights The Hague's LGBTQIA+ community. Three queer movement artists will create a movement portrait within 10 days, inspired by stories from The Hague's queer community. They will present those works in the middle of the city. The location will be announced soon.
The three makers are: JoJo Miyake Mugler, Cheroney Pelupessy, James Parnell.
Each maker presents a piece of about 10 minutes. Together, the three pieces with short breaks last about an hour. You have the choice of seeing only one creatotion or the entire programme with three makers lasting about an hour.
