A play touching and being touched
“Alexander Vantournhout: the circus is talking about it, just like the dance,” wrote the French newspaper Le Monde.
In a strong-willed pas de deux, performers Alexander Vantournhout and Axel Guérin show their bodies totally unadorned. With great exertion and concentration, these two search for balance and harmony, while not shying away from humour. The continuous contact between the two dancers forms the basic melody of the performance: A game of touching and being touched.
