Free preview night during Spotlight Festival
Celebrate the start of the new cultural season with a night full of previews! Be enchanted by dance, hear gorgeous piano music, feel the thrill of a exciting circusperformance or discover fresh talent in Korzo. During Spotlight Festival you can buy tickets for several Korzo-shows with a discount and enjoy drinks at the bar. The programme is language no problem and free for all.

Programme
We've put together a programme with all the disciplines you've come to expect from Korzo. Come along for music, dance, circus and physical theatre. You can walk in or out of the hall after each performance and there is a break after each block. There are four performances playing twice.

Spotlight Hotspot Live Loket | 15:30 - 17:40
At the Spotlight Hotspot Live Loket, participants placed on the Hotspot Amare present themselves with ticket sales/membership recruitment for the upcoming cultural season. So it is the place to buy your tickets for the upcoming season as well. The compact festival site connects the various cultural venues in the city. The Spotlight Live Ticket Office is a starting and information point for visiting institutions during the Podiumroute, but also a nice place to stay and experience a cross-section of the cultural season on the spot. There are also screens showing the season's programming in video and images.

Especially for the Spotlight Festival, house maker Zino is creating a short preview with dancer Tom Pham of his work Eroica, which will be shown throughout the Netherlands during the DansClick tour.
In Eroica, Zino Schat questions the concept of friendship and the need for originality.
Zino Ainsley Schat earned his stripes as a street performer with the group SkillDealers. He then choreographed and danced showcases for the likes of Queen Máxima and former president Barack Obama.
He has now been active for years as choreographer, founder and artistic director of Fractal, an organisation that deals with social issues with Hip-hop and Contemporary brought together into an innovative language.
This season too, there are several tracks in which young people aged 15 to 25 can discover and develop their dance talent. Curious to see what that's like?
Last season, Esmée created this performance for a Get Moving trajectory with young dance talent. Esmée got to work with a group of young people with an investigation into how we can show memories and the way we remember on a stage.
An opera written by 200 children. Book of Premonitions is a book and a score at the same time. This book brings together the imaginations, thoughts and dreams of 200(!) 11- and 12-year-olds. The question the children were asked: what do you want later? The blueprint of that book is the libretto for this ambitious and fascinating performance. Directors Luke Deane and Christine Cornwell, together with a multidisciplinary team, create a compelling opera.

It is a circus, comedy and theatre show featuring Harvey's signature blend of silly stand-up, sincerity and an abundance of pink boots. It will make you laugh, cry and wonder if everything is going horribly wrong or exactly as planned....
