Rutkay's first piece containing his new movement language.
Speaking of me is about life from my perspective. In my world, thoughts are not divined into fantasy or reality. There are no bounderies. I can experience, feel, dream and can be anything. I can be soft and rough, feel my sensuality and my roots, be the animal and the human, the women and the man or the dancer and the hermit. All at the same time. This is a piece where I release the ordinary and bring out the madness in me.
It’s is my first creation grown from my new movement language. Where all of my roots in dancing come together. All different colours of comtemporary dance, classic, hip-hop and Turkish folkdance form a language where I can express myself to the fullest.
