Furia is an energetic and theatrical dans concert with penetrating live music that is not to be missed. It is a direct ode to feminine power. The audience is taken on a courageous, poetic, and musical journey past her deepest secret thoughts. In search of the inspired basis hidden behind the emotion of anger. Furia is as explosive, restrained, and universal as anger itself. Switching from dance, voice and theatre, hard and fast transitions, hinting at flamenco, the power of heels and bawled fists.

For almost two decades, Jens van Daele and Patricia van Deutekom have worked together. In 2020 Jens van Daele suddenly passed away. With Furia, Van Deutekom wants to bring an homage to the artistic legacy of her great love and inspiration. Under Burning Bridges, a new start was made in 2021. With the collective  that Van Daele and Van Deutekom had established, they will make productions and the character of the work which will be new and familiar for their loyal audience.
