More and more men feel it. This moment in time calls for a different kind of masculinity. Not less strong, but more aware. Not softer, but braver. But how do you stay strong and be vulnerable at the same time? How do you work toward equality without feeling like you are losing something? How do you move from being a good guy to becoming a real ally?
One week before International Women’s Day, we are gathering at Korzo to not just talk about these questions, but to actively explore them. Because understanding consent, allowing vulnerability, and contributing to gender equality takes more than good intentions. It takes knowledge, practice, and honest conversations.

Care about equality but do not know where to start.
Because: A more equal world is not just better for women. It is a world where you get to be more fully yourself. Where emotions are not weakness. Where friendships can go deeper. Where performance pressure does not define your worth.
You do not have to be an expert.
Just willing to show up with an open mind.
