A meditative experience at the intersection of performance and ritual

In Atem, singer Elisabeth Hetherington takes you through a unique mindfulness experience. By breathing, moving and humming from a yoga mat or chair you become part of the performance. 

Composer and sound magician Wouter Snoei developed a soundscape inspired by sounds of nature. Elisabeth sings improvisations and work by Morton Feldman and Hildegard van Bingen, among others. Atem is a meditative experience at the intersection of performance and ritual. Experience with yoga isn’t a must.
