Acrobatics or an anniversary performance: hit the floor with Get Moving
Feel like moving? Get ready for two new Get Moving-trajectories! Dive into some acrobatic research with circus artist Camiel Corneille or take a crash course and perform at Korzo’s anniversary.
Korzo Get Moving is for young people aged between 15 and 25 who like to hit the floor with others. Whether you have a lot or little experience: everyone can join in! Over the course of weeks or nights, you’ll work under the guidance of an experienced maker to discover and develop your talent. From contemporary dance to break, club to mime, acrobatics to physical theatre: everything is possible. And you always work towards a goal, like a performance in Korzo or a performance during a Korzo event.
Get Moving's latest two trajectories promise to be a lot of fun and we still have a few spots left. HAUL with circus artist and visual artist Camiel Corneille kicks off on Saturday 10 February with a kick-off in Korzo (from 11:30 - 16:30). Completely free of charge, so you can discover if it's something for you. In this adventurous course full of modern acrobatics, you’ll research moving with objects, push your physical limits and explore styles outside your comfort zone. And the grand finale: three short performances during Cirque Mania in March!
By now you must have heard that we celebrate our 40th birthday this year. On Friday the 23th of February, we’ll celebrate with an anniversary programme; with the Korzo was Corso trajectory, you’ll work towards a performance during the anniversary programme in only a number of evenings. Excited to join one of the trajectories? Find more info about Korzo Get Moving here.
