A choreographer that inspires me

What dance means to me
“My work begins with curiosity. Through movement, I try to explore emotions, memories, and relationships that are often difficult to express in words. Choreography, for me, is not about providing answers but about creating a space where questions can be felt and experienced. I hope my work invites audiences to slow down, reflect, and connect—not only with the performers on stage, but also with their own experiences. Dance has the unique ability to make the invisible visible, and that ongoing search for connection, vulnerability, and understanding is at the heart of everything I create.”
"I want my audiences to feel something. Whether it be angry, touched, frustrated, or uplifted. I want to make the audience be aware of their emotions and their bodily experiences."

My work does not follow strict storylines. Just as in life, events unfold where chaos and clarity are allowed to coexist next to each other. It's like observing every day life. I therefore ask the audience to use their creativity to seek their own meaning or values withing the work.
