Performance DUDA PAIVA COMPANY
Part of Lentekriebels

A playful performance full of living objects about (almost) extinct animal species

This is a seriously funny story about things that are there and then disappear, only much later to reappear unexpectedly out of nothing. Mister Ut is an old man who lives in a peculiar gift shop for useless things. He likes to keep everything; things for which there is no place outside his shop: a grumpy meat eating plant, the last Tasmanian tiger, and a real dodo. But weren’t they extinct? Mister Ut cannot imagine a life without these forgotten animals. It’s just that there’s also Mrs. Caterpillar who doesn’t believe in keeping things. She believes in ‘good riddance to bad rubbish’.
